We offer two services; hourly and pick up and drop off from point A to point B. The hourly ride is available for a minimum of two hours. For the second option, we calculate the distance. However, the charges depend upon a number of factors including zones, types of vehicle and time of booking. You can check the rates at www.elifelimo.com.
The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, gratuities, and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. The number of passengers does not affect the price.
For Hourly/one-way bookings, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 24 hours left before the agreed pickup time. If there is 24 hours or less before the agreed pick up time, the total price must be paid.
We have no HIDDEN CHARGES at ELIFE LIMO. You, Will, get an estimated charge at the time of reservation; however, these do not include additional stops or waiting time. All these things will be calculated at ride completion.
Gratuity is included in the charges.
For airport and train station pickups, you have a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight or train details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution. From airports and train station: After the flight landed free waiting time is 60 minutes. For other pickups, a 15 minutes grace time is given and after that, we will start charging the client. For train and seaport pickups, no waiting time is given because we can not monitor the schedule of train arrivals. We hope you will cooperate with us.
Our drivers do not accept payment. We will collect your payment information at the time of reservation and we will directly charge you the final payment.

We do not allow smoking due to health and safety purposes.
As per law, you can not place luggage in the front seat. If the handheld luggage fits inside the vehicle, you can place it in the back seat. However, all luggage must fit the trunk of the vehicle.
Pets are allowed but it is guest is the responsibility to keep the vehicle clean. And the pets must not weigh more than 15 pounds. We hope you will cooperate with us.
