Refund and modification policy
You can cancel your trip through our website or contact our customer services support, It will be effective immediately. The refund depends upon the time when the cancellation is made. If you cancel the booking 24 hours before the service, you will get 100% refund, Unfortunately, we can not pay you any discount if you cancel your order before less than 24 hours of service.
ELIFE LIMO reserves the right to charge you extra for making changes. These charges fall in the category of administration.

Changes at the time and address of pickup. If at the time of pickup, you wish to rent a larger car or rent for a longer period, you may do so, subject to availability, on payment of additional charges. Such charges will be quoted in the currency of the renting country and may be at a higher rate than those previously quoted. If you change the pickup address, you'll have to pay extra charges.
NO SHOWS/LOST RENTALS: PAY NOW RESERVATIONS
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the mentioned time and location for any reason may be, we reserve to make a LOSS RENTAL/NO SHOW charge.
Extra waiting time For extra waiting time, you will have to pay extra charges.
Making extra stops If you will make extra stops, you'll have to pay extra charges.
