You won't have to wander around looking for a sign. For airport pickups, we offer a meet & greet service where your chauffeur waits in the arrival hall with your name clearly displayed. We also send you a link to track your driver’s status in real-time – no app download required. You can always refer to your e-ticket with specific instructions on how and where to meet your driver.
Travel rarely goes perfectly to plan, and we get that. We monitor your flight status automatically. If you’re running late, your driver adjusts the pickup time. You also get a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes. If delay is known to be delayed for more than an hour, please contact us on the number provided on your e-ticket. In the event of a flight cancellation, please give us a call directly, as well, to clearly identify the policy applies with regards to your booking.
